built for the business of being independent
a membership-based creative clubhouse + community
a curated clubhouse + creative salon
Office Hours is a clubhouse where your best work happens by day and your community gathers by night. Built specifically for the business of being independent, we are an intentional home base for freelancers, founders, and cultural architects who want to build their creative lives in proximity to one another.
By day, our studio is a communal workspace designed for deep focus and connection. A room of people creating entirely different things, together. We are built for heads-down creative momentum rather than regular client calls and sales pitches.
By keeping our daytime footprint small and our membership curated, we ensure that everyone in the room is someone you’d actually want to collaborate with after the laptops close.
After hours, the studio transforms from a focus space into an intimate creative salon for workshops, dinners, panels + more.

Our space is set up for communal co-working — think your favorite coffee shop but intentionally filled with people working the way you work. While we do have individual desk space, our space is not designed for personal individual desk set ups, sales calls, or client pitches (unless the space is reserved for such use).
-
As a co-working space, we are equipped with a variety of workspaces including standing desks, communal tables, chairs, couches, and café style seating. We have content tools such as microphones, ring lights, and tri-pods. Members are able to use our printer (both regular and label) and take advantage of free snacks + sips. As an event space or pop-up space, we offer the tables, chairs, a POS terminal, and speaker. Linens and tableware are available at an additional cost.

Clients looking to take advantage of the co-working space are offered a discounted day rate.
Office Hours is designed as a quiet, communal studio rather than a traditional corporate co-working space. While quiet calls are totally fine (we have a back room that can offer a bit of privacy), we ask members to take extended client meetings or sales pitches off-site to preserve the focus of the room. If you are looking for a space to host a meeting or take a call, our space can be reserved in advance through our member rental portal.

No! Our memberships run on a month-to-month basis. We know independent work can fluctuate, so you can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your membership as needed. We just require 15 days notice ahead of your next billing cycle.

We’re not set out to be another corporate feeling workspace. We lead with connection and creativity and built our space around those themes. Community is a word that’s thrown around a lot these days, but we take it seriously. Office Hours is built to be a space that you and your project can grow alongside a group of likeminded individuals.
